Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of blots.shop and any purchase you make from it. The website and store are operated by Blots Candyworks LLP (“Blots”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. No additional GST is added at checkout.
Our standard pack carries a maximum retail price (MRP) of ₹120 per 100g pack. Bulk pack rates, where shown, are reflected in the per-pack price.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information. In the event of an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected order.
Product information
This is a food product. Please review the ingredient and allergen information and the best-before date printed on the pack before consumption.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Shipping, refunds, and cancellation
Delivery, refunds, and cancellation are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blots Candyworks LLP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
Previously issued free-pack codes
Free-pack codes issued by Blots before this policy was updated remain valid. Each is single use, entitles the holder to one free pack of their chosen flavour on any order with a paid subtotal of ₹499 or more, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers. Codes stay redeemable until used. No new codes are being issued.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Blots Candyworks LLP collects when you use blots.shop, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order details when you place an order or contact us. If you submit a confession or join our mailing list, we collect that submission.
Why we collect it
To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders; to provide customer support; and to send order updates and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing.
Who we share it with
Shiprocket, our logistics partner, to deliver your order. Razorpay, our payment partner, to process your payment. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or banking details on our systems.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in our own secured database (hosted on Supabase). We take reasonable measures to protect it.
Data retention
We retain order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing help@blots.shop. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
