Question 1

How long do they keep?

Accepted Answer

Twelve months from packing. The date is printed on the back of every pack.

Question 2

Are they vegetarian?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No gelatin, no animal-derived anything. The gel comes from carrageenan, which is seaweed, and it gives a better chew anyway. Worth knowing: the malt syrup is barley-derived, so it may contain gluten. Full allergen panel is on every product page.

Question 3

How sour is it, actually?

Accepted Answer

Sour Green Apple is the sharp one, coated in sour on the outside. Lemon Berry Worms are sweeter with a sour finish. The Chaos Pack has both. If you want the strongest, start with the apple.

Question 4

When will it turn up?

Accepted Answer

Dispatched in 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Delivery is usually 3 to 7 working days after that, depending on where you are. Every product page shows a live arrival estimate for that reason.

Question 5

Why is there a 3-pack minimum?

Accepted Answer

Minimum 3 packs. You'll want more anyway. Practically: below three packs the shipping costs more than the sweets, and we would rather set a floor than quietly inflate the price.
